Terms of Use

Straightforward terms for using this site.

These terms cover the Delta Rentals and Services website. They do not replace the final service details and quote confirmed with you before work begins.

Effective October 2, 2026

Delta Rentals and Services is a veteran-owned junk removal business serving Orange County, California.

About this website

This website provides general information about Delta’s veteran-owned junk removal and related services in Orange County, California. Using the site does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability or confirm a final price.

Quotes and final pricing

Quotes start by call or text, usually with photos and job details. Published prices are either firm flat rates where clearly stated or starting estimates and ranges. The final quote is confirmed on-site before work begins and may reflect the actual volume, materials, access, labor, weight, travel or disposal requirements.

Booking

Online booking is provided through an embedded Cal.com calendar. Selecting a time requests that pickup window, but the final service scope and quote are still confirmed by Delta. Cal.com has its own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Delta accepts credit card, Zelle, Venmo and cash. Payment instructions and the amount due are confirmed directly for the service.

Changes to plans

Delta does not currently publish a cancellation policy. If your plans change, call or text as soon as you can so the schedule can be updated.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content. Unless stated otherwise, the site’s text, branding and original project photos belong to Delta Rentals and Services. Outside links and services are governed by their own terms.

Updates and California law

These terms may be updated when the website or business practices change. California law governs these website terms without limiting consumer rights that apply to you.

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Delta Rentals and Services handles information when you use this website or contact the business.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, phone number, ZIP code, job details and photos when you call or text Delta. Website quote forms process entries on your device to prepare a text message. Delta does not receive that information unless you choose to send it. If you book a pickup through the online calendar, Cal.com processes your name, contact details and appointment details to create the booking.

How information may be used

Sharing and retention

Delta does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with service providers, including Cal.com for online bookings, when needed to operate the business, complete a service or comply with law, and kept only as long as reasonably needed.

Website and third parties

The website host may process technical data needed to deliver the page. This site loads fonts from Google, links to Instagram and uses Cal.com to provide the online booking calendar; those companies handle information under their own privacy terms when your browser connects to them.

California privacy requests

California residents may ask to know, correct or delete personal information where applicable. Because this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, there is currently no cookie-based sale or sharing to opt out of.

Estimates and pricing

Published starting prices and price ranges may be adjusted as services and costs change, except where a firm flat rate is stated. Final pricing depends on volume, weight, material type, access, labor, travel and disposal requirements. Delta confirms the final quote on-site before work begins.

Availability

Same-day service, arrival windows and trailer availability depend on location, job size, equipment and schedule. A call, text or form entry does not reserve an appointment until Delta confirms it.

Items and site conditions

Some materials may be restricted or require special handling, added fees or a different provider. Customers should identify potentially hazardous, unusually heavy or regulated materials before scheduling and provide safe, authorized property access.

Photos and examples

Project photos show real Delta work in Anaheim, Fullerton, Brea, Chino and Riverside. They illustrate prior work but do not guarantee identical timing, methods or results.
